We cannot promise an exact minute, only the window. We plan each day around staff schedules, smart routes, Houston traffic, and weather. That way every pet gets real care, not a rushed visit. Things come up, like a pet who needs extra time, and our team covers for each other. Your visit always lands in the window you picked.
